Who is Hazrat Khadijah?
Hazrat Khadijah (SA), the daughter of Khowaylid (died 10th of Ramadan), known as Khadijah Kubra (SA) and Umm al Momineen, the first wife of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the mother of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (SA). Khadijah was the first woman to believe in Prophet.
Khadijah (SA) was the daughter of Khuwaylid bin Asad bin Abdulazi, from the Quraish family and Fatimah bint Zaideh.
Historical sources have not reported much about Khadija's personality in the pre-Islam era. He was rich and used his capital for business
Hazrat Khadijah has been introduced as a noble, rich and reputable lady in her time. In a narration of the Prophet (PBUH), Khadijah (SA), Fatimah (SA), Maryam (SA) and Asiya (SA), the master of the women of the world, have been introduced. Also, the Prophet (PBUH) introduced Khadijah (SA) as one of the perfect women in the world and one of the best women, like Asia and Maryam.
In Islamic sources, Khadijah is mentioned with titles such as Tahira, Zakia, Marziyya, Sadiqa, Sayyida Nisa Quraish, Khair al-Nasa and Kubra (high-ranking lady) , and also with the nickname Umm al Momineen.
Hazrat Syeda Khadija used all her wealth to spread Islam.
Hazrat Khadijah (SA) died three years before the Hijrah 10 Ramadan, at the age of 65 in Mecca and was buried in Mu'ala cemetery. Prophet always remembered her with kindness.
10 Ramazan is wafat of Hazrat Khadijah.
